Seso de Cerdo rebozado con nueces y semillas

Pig Brain Dish

2 pigs brains, fried with egg, nuts and seeds, served with carrot and salsa picante.


Tea using Coconut milk as a substitute for milk, wasn't too bad, not sure about lemon... I am not a tea drinker, I will try it with Coffee.

Quick meal

Melon, banana, coconut milk, egg shake with seed mix

Melon, coconut milk, mixed nuts and fruit juice

Ceviche with plantain fritters

Same as before but with tuna and no tomatoes. A side of plantain and fruit juice.

One Egg
One Cup of Olive Oil
Garlic (optional)

Salsa Picante

1 Chili (Habanero)
1 Lemon
1 Onion
2 Tomatoes

Cut the onion into slices,
"Cook" onion for 5 minutes in salt
Dice up the tomatoes
Wash the onion thoroughly of the salt
Dice up all ingredients, and add to mix...

Ceviche Preparación en 2 Dias

Ceviche Preparación en 2 Dias


Perch or other white fish
2 Red Onions
6 Lemons
2 Tomatoes

1. Cut Fish into manageable peices
2. Wash Shrimps, cut in half too
3. Squeeze lemons over Shrimp and Fish until covered
4. Add 1 Onion
5. Leave to "cook" overnight in lemon
6. Add Coriander and the tomato (diced)
7. Serve....
